Are you offering up sale opportunities in your business? If you do, are you offering them to clients every time they buy your primary service? If I’m guessing for most of you the answer is a stone-cold no.
Here’s the crazy thing, McDonalds makes more money from their up-selling than they do from the initial enquiry. They have run the data and 33% of the time people will buy an additional product… why? because they are in a buyer’s state of mind.
When the human brain is purchasing a product / service, it releases a set of chemicals that make it more suggestible to buying an additional service. I know for a fact that my business thrives off this model. Sure I’m not McDonalds but by offering additional services I dramatically increase my sales.
